VERY frustrated! I NEVER received the sweater and got charged for it. My order must not be important

I am still waiting for a response back from Bishop and Young. I didn't not receive the sweater and i am having a very frustrating time. Customer service seems to busy to get this straighten out for me i have sent several emails. They said they were sending it out after several emails later and would send me a tracking number and 8 more days later after telling me that. STILL no sweater.. They do not answer the phone. I did not want to do a shitty review but i am getting really tired and frustrated on not getting this straightened out. ALL i want is my sweater that i paid for! I really want the sweater, it looks like it is exactly what i am looking for. Please just send me the sweater.

Beautiful Sweater!

This sweater is beautiful. Really soft and comfortable and very flattering. Love the neckline and banded bottom. Great purchase.
