We want you to love our clothing as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to process a return within 21 DAYS from when your order is placed.

We offer Return Protection to provide free returns to customers. Customers that take advantage of our Return Protection option will receive a prepaid label through our portal. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
• Regular priced items purchased from bishopandyoung.com are eligible for a refund if returned within 21 days of your purchase date
• All sale items are final sale | Sample sale items are not eligible for return
• Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return

EXCHANGE

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item(s), and place another order for the correct size or color.

REFUND

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit my not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
